WHO ARE WE?
Linda Morrison and Meg Campbell have worked as health and fitness consultants with individuals and groups for over 15 years. Their careers have been driven by a shared passion for “physical, emotional and spiritual wellness”, and by their goal to share this passion with their clients, family and friends.
Over the years, their work with countless special women has inspired them to develop Plus One Mums. They recognise that pre and post natal women often face an enormous challenge when aiming to maintain their fitness and well-being, particularly when having to take into account their body’s hormonal and physiological changes.
Both women are advocates of lifestyle management, believing that good health and nutrition, physical and emotional fitness, stress management and personal goals & triumphs are collectively paramount to achieving happiness and overall well-being through pregnancy and beyond.
To help people improve themselves they wrote their first publication a “Personal Wellness Diary” see the product section in our online store.
