Outdoor Group Exercise Class
All Plus One Mums classes are family friendly and cater for all levels of fitness. Bring your baby, partner and/or child to these Bayside fun classes and reap the rewards of greater health and fitness. Includes; Confidential health assessment, exercise history/fitness assessment; nutritional screening; take-home workouts, lifestyle advice and INSPIRATION. A variety of workout equipment is used including; gymsticks, medicine balls, fitballs, dura discs, ropes and much more. All classes are run by a inspirational team of highly qualified, tertiary trained personal trainers and mothers.
Register for our Winter 2011 season now $250 per 8 week course.
